This one was taken from the grounds of the Civic Center where we walked around some. It really was a beautiful night for pictures but a bit chilly. I lost a glove somewhere between the river and the Civic Center. Bah! Guess I need to get a new pair. Seeing as to how cold it's supposed to get here in the winter, which kind of gloves would you recommend?

To take your beautiful pictures in, I would say not mittens! Get gloves, wool, with the fingers out so you can still snap your shots. If necessary, you can get a pair of mittens to put over those to keep the fingertips warm between shots.

I saw the moon out last night and Mr. Wonderful told me to take a picture of it because it was spectacular. Of course my dinky little digital camera wouldn't have captured it so this weekend we are going out camera shopping for me! Maybe I'll see you at the flickr meeting! :)

I really must start paying attention to the announcements for these things. Although I'm sure I would feel totally underequipped, seeing as I don't have an SLR.
Mittens will keep your hands warmer and there are ones with a flap so you could remove your shutter finger(s). Love your photos and look forward to the rest of the night shots.
